Small and insignificant chores today. Clean the bird feeders, sweep front porch and visit the honey store for more honey. Kyle has allergies and he swears local honey really helps alleviate the symptoms, so we bring our own jars in for refilling whenever we run low and buy little chocolate honey candies for the walk back to the car. It's an event.

Honey Store

They also are one of the few locations in the area for beehive people to shop for supplies. They label their honey based on the plants that the bees were doing their honey thing; Sage, Buckwheat, Clover, Meadow Foam (I have no idea what that is) Alfalfa and Star Thistle. We usually buy WildFlower cause it's the best price.

Honey Store's Honey

We've begun binging on the Showtime program Homeland. Just began Season 2 and there are EIGHT seasons. I doubt I'll make it through all eight seasons, but ... I'm' intrigued.

Happy Green-Clothing day, everyone.

Mmmmm, honey. There is a difference in the taste depending on what the bees collect.

Honey in coffee - - never thought about that combo. I've done honey in tea, though. I should try that...?!
